Your personal villa concierge welcomes you on arrival and helps shape the stay around you—from sunset sails and surf lessons to a private chef dinner or groceries waiting in the kitchen.
Housekeeping is included Monday–Saturday, between 8 am and 2 pm. Optional experiences, chef services, massages and transfers are arranged at additional cost.

How is the villa arranged?
Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, with six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Bedrooms 1–3 each have a king bed, bedroom 4 has two double beds, and bedroom 5 has a double sofa bed suitable for adults or children.
Is the villa on the beach?
Villa Zaya sits above the coast inside Reserva Conchal. Enjoy ocean views from the villa, then take the resort shuttle to Playa Conchal and the Beach Club. The villa is not beachfront.
What is included?
Your private villa, infinity pool and Jacuzzi; Beach Club and shared fitness-center access; a personal concierge; housekeeping Monday–Saturday, 8 am–2 pm; Wi-Fi, linens, toiletries, pool and beach towels, and starter pantry essentials.
What wellness facilities are available?
The exercise corner beneath the pool deck is reached from outside the home and has a treadmill, free weights and space for yoga. A cold plunge is available on request before arrival. Reserva Conchal also has a separate shared fitness center.
Can we arrange a chef or activities?
Yes. Seven can arrange private chefs, massages, airport transfers and local experiences at additional cost. Golf, spa treatments, restaurant meals and drinks are also charged separately.
How do we book?
Select your dates to see availability, the full price and the payment and cancellation terms for your stay. Check-in is from 4 pm and checkout is by 11 am. Pets are not permitted.

Villa Zaya is truly a small piece of paradise. This home has the best view in Guanacaste - nestled on the top of a hill you see forest, ocean, monkeys, birds and endless blue sky. The location is within a safe, gated community with many amenities that is close to all the major attractions: Tamarindo, zip line, horseback, ATV, volcanoes and beautiful beaches all within a short drive. When you’re inside this home, you feel a peaceful sense of privacy. It is not crowded, you don’t look in to another property. You feel remote while somehow being close to everything you need. Reserva Conchal is one of our favorite places - we’ve gone for 15+ years. There is a beach club, restaurants, (not overly crowded) beaches, spas, golf and gym all within the private gated community. The area is spread out and never feels crowded or overly-touristy. This is the most beautiful home in Conchal. The host and his team were exceptional. We cannot recommend this place enough, and will be back often.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Villa Zaya. The home is absolutely beautiful, the views and surroundings are incredible, and the location is quite perfect. Omar and Samantha were extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions and willing to help coordinate anything we needed. The daily housekeeping service went above and beyond anything we expected. The beach club in the neighborhood is extremely convenient and has a stunning beach and excellent amenities. The close proximity to the W and Westin gave us endless choices for dining and relaxation within a short distance. Reserva Conchal itself was also a short trip from several amazing towns, beaches and activities. Costa Rica is a beautiful country with wondeful people, and our stay at Villa Zaya made us feel like we were experiencing it in pure luxury. The country and the home are both undeniably a paradise. Could not recommend strongly enough. All of our guests were blown away by the experience.

And Seven was incredibly responsive and thoughtful helping us book a chef, babysitter, etc. We would call this similar to top hotel standards like the Four Seasons. Highly recommend.

Exceptional property pictures on the listing does not do justification, way better than seen on the pictures. perfect location to hang out on the beach or hiking and mountain biking. Daily cleaning service is an added plus, Mauren the Housekeeper did a great job. Reserva Conchal is very exclusive and private area . Seven was always responsive to help us and suggested great chef to cook special dinner for us. Would highly recommend to everyone
